Quality Policy

It is Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Strategy;

To comply with Quality Management System Policy and achieve its goals through:


Customers: Providing high level of quality and excellence to achieve customers' satisfaction and exceed their expectations within the applicable regulations and policies, and during dealing with customers' complaints and opinions effectively through relevant mechanisms and methodologies. As per Sheikh Saqr Program for Government Excellence, Emirates Government Services Excellence Program, 4G Government Excellence System and Customers Happiness Charter that are adopted by Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department comprised of Director-General Officer, Technical Affairs Sector, Lands and Properties Sector, Support Services Administration, Public Health Administration, and Customer Services Centre's.


Partners & Suppliers: Strengthening the relationship with partners and suppliers through reinforcing effective strategic, operational and logistics partnerships.


Staff: Providing continuous training and development of employee according to the Human Resources mechanisms and methodologies as well as providing a safe secured professional environment for all employees of the Municipality.


International Standards: Compliance with federal and local laws and regulations as well international standards of effective implementation of ISO 9001:2015 standards according to best international practices.


Looking Ahead: work with dedication and sincerity by stimulating creativity to develop plans for initiatives and strategic KPIs to measure the readiness of Ras Al Khaimah Municipality to deal with and future variable.


The Policy was circulated to all employees, customers, partners and suppliers of the Center. It is periodically reviewed and updated in terms of goals, proposals and customer complaints in order to achieve effective performance, sustainability, improvement and continuous development.
